At Capezio Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and footwear is tested only on carpeted surfaces.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all labels are still attached and that the items show no signs of wear or stage makeup.

  Ship to Capezio

  Affix the generated return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 7-10 business days.
